Sewn With Grit
Sewn With Grit Patterns embodies the qualities of perseverance, strength, and courage. My goal is for the patterns to be as gritty as the people who sew them. These are garments that are made with techniques and finishes meant to last as well as styles that will withstand the test of time. I want you to feel confident enough in my designs for date night, and comfortable enough to play fetch with your dog or pick the weeds from your garden. Clothes are meant to be worn!

LALU Patterns is a size-inclusive, independent sewing pattern company. LALU Patterns are designed for sewists on the move who need comfort, style, ease, and of course...fashion.
My designs are inspired by color, long walks down dark city streets, sitting on the stoop eating a hot dog, meeting friends for dinner, running errands around town, and touring new countries across the world.
I design all my pieces so you could wear sensible shoes, look good, and get out there and explore. Enjoy!
